The authoritative return rules for Romanian consumers are stated in the Romanian section below. SC SECOVAL CONSULTING SRL operates TRACKVERSE (same address and CUI as in our Terms).

Withdrawal
If you qualify as a consumer under Romanian law, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions and shipping-cost rules in OUG 34/2014.
Returns
Products must be returned undamaged, with original packaging and included accessories. Email us before shipping a return so we can confirm the return address and process.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will refund using the same payment method where possible, within a reasonable timeframe required by law.
